Without Love

Without love and acts of kindness
I’d probably curl up and die,
Without joy, or bubbly happiness,
I would sit all day and only cry.

But I can snap my fingers,
Dance to a tune in my head.
The scent of Jonna lovingly lingers
As she reluctantly quits our warm bed…

I have the love, the romance,
Often, it’s indescribable,
We took a chance,
And the results are remarkable.

Sure, they’re the odd moments,
When fear comes across
Tears, sad sentiments,
Are like – nothing but slippery moss.

Together, we stand together,
Beneficial resources close to hand.
Sometimes with Google, a family member
There’s always an actionable plan.
